Proposed Regulations

Chapter 21 and Rule 21.1 is recommended for repeal because MDE does not develop guidelines or promulgate rules but defers to guidelines set forth by CDC and MDH. Chapter 50, Rule 50.1 and Rule 76.7 are recommended for repeal because the source statutes no longer exist.

To repeal Title 7, Education K-12, Part 3, Chapter 25 and Rule 25.1 Conversion Charter Schools in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. § 25-43-3.114 which requires an agency to review all of its rules at least every five years to determine whether any rules should be repealed, amended, or a new rule adopted.
