The Exam Validity Extension Program (EVEP) provides an opportunity for registered representatives and investment adviser representatives to extend their state qualification exams. This program allows industry professionals to maintain their state qualification exams for up to five years if they maintain compliance with their continuing education requirements. The program is designed to provide flexibility for currently registered persons who, due to various reasons, may need to leave and then return to the industry. We are also updating the Mississippi Securities Act Rules Table of Contents to reflect the addition of Rule 6.12
