A 2023 amendment to MS Code sec. 73-25-17, effective July 1, 2023, will change application fee amounts charged by MREC for the real estate broker’s license (from $150 to $100) and for the real estate salesperson’s license (from $120 to $100). MREC Rule 2.1 lists these fee amounts and must be amended to reflect the new amounts.

The Office of Health Policy and Planning is amending the COVID-19 MS Local Provider Innovation Grant Program regulations to include the following: 1-1/2% or higher administration cost; update transitional assistance period dates; and adding the statement that grantees can only receive a maximum of $250,000.
