The Variable Compensation Plan for FY 2024 establishes compensation policies for state employees under the purview of the MSPB for the remainder of FY 2024. The Plan is to be effective upon completion of the APA process, based upon Legislative requirements of implementation of the Plan.

The Mississippi Community College Board is updating the Mississippi High School Equivalency Program State Policy to reflect that vendors establish prices for their high school equivalency tests. The proposed change also updates policy language to reflect program guidelines. This policy is being submitted for final approval.

Title 24 promulgates the general policies of the Board of Mental Health. This amendment changes the existing policies regarding admissions, consolidation of programs, consolidation of councils and minor grammatical and typographical changes.
