This rule is being amended to include a temporary practice permit application fee and a temporary practice permit fee for applications filed pursuant to the Universal Recognition of Occupational Licensing Act and during a State of Emergency. This rule is also being filed as a temporary rule to be effective immediately as it affects the public health and safety. In addition, this rule is being filed to update spacing and grammatical issues.
