This Administrative Code is being filed to correspond with MS SPA 22-0006, effective May 1, 2022, to remove the language that set the fees for institutional long term care services the same as those effective as of July 1, 2021 in compliance with Miss. Code § 43-13-117, as amended by MS House Bill 657.

Amendment to Regulation 13 as approved in 01/14/2022 &amp 01/13/2023 Board Meetings. The amendment provides for conditional administration of local anesthesia by dental hygienists. The amendment to Regulation 37 reflects the fees identified in Regulation 13.

The amendment updates the policy to reflect organizational updates within the Office of the Secretary of State
