Amend Rule 3.1.3 to add a definition for nonmedical weight control. The addition of this new rule (Rule 3.4.4) is necessary to comply with the new Universal Recognition of Occupational Licenses Act of 2021. Relabeling of Rule 3.4.4 to Rule 3.4.5.
