To ensure public safety of visitors on the state fairgrounds, the Mississippi Agricultural and Livestock Theft Bureau has the authority and necessary powers to provide law enforcement and maintain the public safety and peace on the fairgrounds and properties under the Department’s control and to coordinate all events with other law enforcement agencies as determined necessary and appropriate. Temporary Rule Expires on March 19, 2022.
