To ensure the public safety and peace on the state fairgrounds and all Department-controlled properties, the Department authorizes the Mississippi Agricultural and Livestock Theft Bureau to provide law enforcement assistance, coordinate all events, and request assistance from other law enforcement agencies.

This rule is being amended to in allow nursing home administrators who have 10 years or more of experience as a nursing home administrator, assistant nursing home administrator, or an administrator who has had direct management responsibility over one or more nursing homes to become certified preceptors after completing a Board-approved training for certification as a preceptor in Mississippi.

Part 5 Ch. 2 proposed amendments will clarify MDAH policies in regards to the Old Capitol Museum event rental policy.
