Revisions to the Statute of Limitations Policy

The proposed rule amendment reverses earlier amendments regarding the treatment of the state legislator position specific to the Public Employees’ Retirement System and the Supplemental Legislative Retirement Plan retirees. The amendment also reduces the age for in-service distributions for county and municipal elected officials in accordance with recent changes to federal law.

This is a new regulation regarding the permitting and operation of a telepharmacy facility.

This is an amendment to require the PIC to be physically at the facility for 50% of the hours of operation or 20 hours per week whichever is less and to render a permit inactive if a new PIC is not submitted within 15 days of previous PIC leaving.

This is an amendment to change the number of required continuing education hours addressing opioid abuse.

(Temporary Rule) These two rules are being amended to provide that all continuing education required for reinstatement applicants may be earned from self-study and distance learning courses and that administrators may receive credit for all 40 hours of education from self-study and distance learning.

This rule is to establish the procedures regarding telephonic, videoconference, or -n-person proceedings for formal administrative hearings before the Commissioner of Insurance in compliance with the COVID-19 CDC social distancing requirements.
