Amendment 1 to the FFY-2020 Intended Use Plan is an extension of the Drinking Water Systems Improvements Revolving Loan Fund (DWSIRLF) Program’s loan application deadline to June 1, 2020 in response to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the State of Mississippi. This extension will allow loan applicants that submitted applications after the May 1st deadline due to delays caused by the pandemic to maintain their priority funding obligations.

This Administrative Code is being filed to remove the requirement for signature of a supervisor on documentation of all services provided by provisionally credentialed mental healthcare professionals in a community mental health center setting; removal of IQ requirement for MYPAC eligibility. Removing Day Support Services as this is no longer a reimbursable service. Timeframe requirements for MYPAC diagnostic evaluations have been added.

This Administrative Code is being filed to add guidance on what constitutes a change of ownership and requires providers to give DOM notice of changes of ownership within thirty-five (35) days of the change.

The Temporary Variable Compensation Plan for FY 2021 establishes compensation policies for state employees under the purview of the MSPB for FY 2020. The Plan is to be effective July 1, 2020, based upon Legislative requirements of implementation of the Plan.

The Information Technology Classification Temporary Special Compensation Plan for FY 2021 establishes compensation policies for the purpose of attracting, retaining, and developing competent information technology professionals to support the information technology business needs of the State of Mississippi. The Plan is to be effective July 1, 2020, based upon Legislative requirements of implementation of the Plan.

Part 5 Ch. 9 and 10 proposed repeal will clarify MDAH policies in regards to the Governor’s Mansion. These amendments include changes to the historic section guidelines, grounds guidelines, and public access.

Code Ann. §§ 33-15-31, 33-15-11(b)(9) and 33-15-11(c)(1)
