Amend Title 7: Education K-12 Part 212: Unit 8: Digital Literacy and Citizenship of the College and Career Readiness

Amend regulations to reconcile what is on file with MSDH with what should be on file with SOS

This Administrative Code is being filed to allow the Division of Medicaid to make special requests of locked in members who may need special care management or continuity of care during CCO transfers

Modification to reportable disease rules and regulations require reporting of all positive and negative Hepatitis C RNA results as a Class 3 reportable result. This modification will allow for improved surveillance of acute and chronic Hepatitis C including the ability to identify cases that are resolved with treatment. Modification to reportable disease rules and regulations to require reporting of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)-associated pediatric mortality (<18 years of age) as a Class 1A reportable report. This modification will allow for improved surveillance of the pediatric age group who are adversely affected by RSV infections. Modification to reportable disease rules and regulations to require reporting of all positive Anaplasmosis results as a Class 2 reportable result. This modification will allow for improved explicit surveillance of this tickborne disease. The Blacklegged Tick, which transmits Anaplasmosis, has been identified in Mississippi
