The writ of replevin shall be in the following form, to-wit:
“State of MississippiCounty of To the sheriff of any lawful officer of County:We command you to immediately seize and take into your possession (here describe the property as shown in the declaration) alleged by , the plaintiff, to be wrongfully detained by , the defendant, and to deliver said property to the plaintiff unless bonded by the defendant; and to summon the said defendant to appear before the court of County, Mississippi, at o’clock .M., on the day of , 2 , to answer the suit of the plaintiff for the wrongful detention of said property, and have then and there this writ.WITNESS MY HAND, this day of , 2 .”
