(a) For purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless the context requires otherwise:(a) “Human trafficking” means the actions that constitute an offense under Section 97-3-54.1 or 97-3-54.3.(b) “Venture” means any group of two (2) or more individuals associated in fact, whether or not a legal entity.
