Intergovernmental support agreements with United States military to provide installation-support services to a military installation

A local government unit, including municipalities and county boards of supervisors, may enter into intergovernmental support agreements with a branch of the armed forces of the United States under the National Defense Authorization Act, 10 USC § 2679, to provide installation-support services to a military installation located in this state.
