Financial and program reports

Each ECD shall submit financial and program reports to the authority advisory board annually. Such reports shall demonstrate that the emergency communications district is spending funds in an efficient and effective manner consistent with the approved ECD NG911 Plan and using best practices in contracting for goods and services. Reports shall meet the minimum standards prescribed by the authority. The authority shall also prescribe procedures necessary to assure that the books and records are kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
