Annual report of recommendations of salary increases and amounts

The State Personnel Board shall prepare a written legislative report to be submitted to the members of the Mississippi Legislature on December 1, 1988, and on December 1 of every year thereafter, making recommendations on any salary increases and the amounts deemed necessary for all state elected officials and state appointed officials whose salaries are established by statute.
