Expenses of administration

The Adjutant General shall have authority to pay all expenses incurred in the administration of state military justice, including the expenses of courts-martial and expenses incurred under Sections 33-13-327, 33-13-417, 33-13-605 and 33-13-621, from any funds appropriated to the Mississippi Military Department.
