(a) For purposes of Sections 37-151-63 through 37-151-75, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(a) “State council” means the Mississippi Work Force Development Advisory Council; and(b) “District councils” means the District Work Force Development Councils.
