(a) The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein, unless the context shall otherwise require:(a) “Board” means the State Board of Rehabilitation Services.(b) “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the State Department of Rehabilitation Services.(c) “Department” means the State Department of Rehabilitation Services.(d) “Director” means the administrative head of an office.(e) “Office” means an administrative subdivision of the department.
