(1) A consortium selected to conduct the ibogaine drug development clinical trial shall quarterly prepare and submit to the department:(a) A report on the progress of the drug development clinical trial conducted under this chapter; and(b) A financial status report, including information to verify expenditures of state funds and required matching funds.

(2) The department shall submit a report to the Legislature on the progress of the drug development clinical trial conducted under this chapter not later than December 1 of each year.
