The assessment, scores and letter grades described in Sections 41-26-201 through 41-26-211 and Sections 49-17-801 through 49-17-811 shall not affect a project’s ranking under the department’s Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund Program established under Section 49-17-85. The framework established pursuant to Sections 41-26-201 through 41-26-211 and Sections 49-17-801 through 49-17-811 is separate and independent of the criteria outlined in the department’s Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund Program.
