Public servants; Statement of Economic Interest

All division heads, officers and employees of the authority shall be considered public servants as defined in Section 25-4-103. All division heads and officers of the authority are subject to Section 25-4-25 and shall be required to file a Statement of Economic Interest with the Mississippi Ethics Commission.
