Bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter shall not be deemed to constitute, within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation, an indebtedness of the authority or the state. Such bonds shall be payable solely from the revenues or assets of the authority pledged therefor.
Each bond issued under this chapter shall contain on the face thereof a statement to the effect that neither the authority nor the state shall be obligated to pay the same or the interest thereon except from the revenues or assets pledged therefor.
