(1) There is hereby established the Mississippi Rural Water Oversight Committee.
(2) The committee shall consist of the following members:(a) The Mississippi State Director of the United States Department of Agriculture, or his or her designee;(b) The Director of the Bureau of Public Water Supply of the Mississippi State Department of Health, or his or her designee;(c) The Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, or his or her designee;(d) A representative of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, who shall be the same individual who represents the Mississippi Rural Water Association on the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Board;(e) The Chief Executive Officer of the Mississippi Rural Water Association, or his or her designee;(f) One (1) member to be appointed by the Governor of the State of Mississippi; and(g) One (1) member to be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Mississippi.

(f) One (1) member to be appointed by the Governor of the State of Mississippi; and
(g) One (1) member to be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Mississippi.
