Promulgation of rules and regulations

The authority and the Department of Revenue shall promulgate rules and regulations, in accordance with the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law, Section 25-43-1.101 et seq. and all application forms and other forms necessary to implement their respective duties and responsibilities under the provisions of this chapter.
