This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Bayou Casotte Industrial Zone Establishment Act.” It is the intent of the Legislature to establish the Bayou Casotte Industrial Zone, to define its boundaries, to promote economic development, and to exempt the zone from municipal annexation.
