(a) For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed in this subsection unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(b) “Municipality” means any municipality in this state, whether existing before March 23, 2026 or created thereafter.
(c) “Zone” means the Bayou Casotte Industrial Zone established pursuant to Section 57-131-5.
