Authority supplemental and concurrent

The powers and authority granted to the NWRA under this article are supplemental to, and may be exercised concurrently with, any other powers and authority that may be granted by law to any regional economic development entity comprised of Tate, Panola, Lafayette and Yalobusha Counties.
