(1) Attorney’s fees for the issuance of any general obligation bonds authorized by the provisions of this chapter shall not exceed for each issue the following schedule:(1) Up to and including one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), one per cent (1%).(2) Above one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and up to and including two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one half of one per cent (½ of 1%).(3) Above two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one fourth of one per cent (¼ of 1%).
