(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 371 in Itawamba County, Mississippi, beginning one-half (½) mile north of its intersection with Ozark Baptist Church Road and extending south to a point one-half (½) mile south of its intersection with Ozark Baptist Church Road, is designated as the “Jeff Boren Memorial Highway.”
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
