(1) The intersection of Interstate Highway 22 and Auburn Road, Exit 90, in Lee County, Mississippi, is designated and shall be known as the “Sheriff Harold Ray Presley Memorial Intersection.”
(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the intersection.
