The following highways, roads or streets located in the State of Mississippi are hereby designated as an official Mississippi Scenic Byway to be known as the “Biloxi-D’Iberville Scenic Expressway” pursuant to Section 65-41-1 et seq. as it reaches completion:Beginning at the intersection of Highway 67 and Interstate I-10 and travel northerly along Highway 67 to the intersection of Highway 67 and U.S. Highway 49.
