(a) To qualify for a direct wine shipper’s permit, an applicant shall be:(a) A holder of a Class 2 or Class 3 manufacturer’s permit issued in accordance with Section 67-1-51; or(b) A person licensed or permitted outside of this state to engage in the activity of manufacturing wine.
