(a) A direct wine shipper may annually renew his or her direct wine shipper’s permit, if the direct wine shipper:(a) Is otherwise entitled to receive a direct wine shipper’s permit;(b) Provides to the department a copy of his or her current license or permit to engage in the activity of manufacturing wine issued in this or any other state; and(c) Pays to the department a renewal fee as prescribed in Section 27-71-5.
