(a) Emerging crop designations shall include, but not be limited to:(a) Blueberries;(b) Muscadines;(c) Christmas trees;(d) Aquaculture, including any species from the Gulf of Mexico and its tributaries;(e) Horticulture;(f) Rabbit farming and processing; and(g) Others designated by the Mississippi Development Authority or Legislature.Emerging crop designations shall not include medical cannabis establishments as defined in the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Act.
