(a) Individual account information relating to accounts under the program and relating to individual participants (including, but not limited to, names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, personal identification information, investments, contributions, and earnings) is confidential and must be maintained as confidential:(a) Except to the extent necessary to administer the program in a manner consistent with this chapter, the tax laws of this state, and the Internal Revenue Code; or(b) Unless the individual who provides the information or is the subject of the information expressly agrees in writing to the disclosure of the information.
