Chairman; meetings; quorum; travel expenses and per diem

The chairman of the State Board of Health Professions shall be elected by the board from its members. The board shall meet at least annually and may hold additional meetings as necessary to perform its duties. Six (6) members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business. Members of the board shall be entitled to actual travel expenses including mileage as provided in Section 25-3-41 and a per diem for attending meetings of the board in the amount provided in Section 25-3-69.
