(a) The Governor may remove or suspend any member of the board for any of the following causes:(a) A member is no longer qualified for appointment to the board;(b) Misconduct, incompetence, neglect of official duties, malfeasance or inability to perform official duties due to incapacitation;(c) Commission of a felony or violation of this chapter resulting in disciplinary action; or(d) Unexcused failure to attend at least one-half (½) of the regularly scheduled meetings held in a calendar year.
