Annual report to Legislature

Before January 1, 2026, and annually thereafter, the commissioner shall provide a report to the Legislature on the status of the directory, manufacturers and cigarettes included in the directory, revenue and expenditures related to administration of this chapter, and enforcement activities undertaken pursuant to this chapter.
