Employment of executive director and staff by Commissioner of Insurance

For the purpose of administering and enforcing the provisions of Sections 75-57-1 through 75-57-63 and Sections 75-57-101 through 75-57-119, the Commissioner of Insurance is empowered to employ an executive director and staff, within the Department of Insurance, as state service employees under the purview of the State Personnel Board’s rules and regulations.
