Fees; funding of expenses of Attorney General; deposit of user charges and fees authorized under this section into State General Fund

All fees collected under the provisions of this article shall be deposited into a special fund which is created in the State Treasury to be expended by the Attorney General for the implementation and administration of this article. From and after July 1, 2016, the expenses of the Attorney General to implement the Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act shall be defrayed by appropriation from the State General Fund, and all user charges and fees authorized under this article shall be deposited into the State General Fund as authorized by law and as determined by the State Fiscal Officer.
