Application to qualified foreign corporations

A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state on the effective date of Section 79-4-1.01 et seq. is subject to Section 79-4-1.01 et seq. but is not required to obtain a new certificate of authority to transact business under Section 79-4-1.01 et seq.
