Contracts with other political subdivisions or other entities. — The district may contract with a federal agency, a state or its agencies and political subdivisions, a corporation, partnership or limited partnership, limited liability company, or individual regarding funding, promotion, planning, designing, constructing, improving, maintaining, or operating any museum or cultural asset within the district or to assist in such activity.
