227.794. Firefighter Tyler H Casey Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 43 in Newton County. — The portion of State Highway 43 from State Highway U continuing to State Highway C in Newton County shall be designated as "Firefighter Tyler H Casey Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
