227.875. Corporal Richard E Rutherford memorial highway designated on a portion of State Highway 161 in Montgomery County. — The portion of State Highway 161 from CRD Meadowlark Road continuing north to State Highway CC in Montgomery County shall be designated the "Corporal Richard E Rutherford Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
