227.888. PFC LeLand S Deeds memorial highway designated for a portion of State Highway 139 in Sullivan County. — The portion of State Highway 139 from CRD Jasper Road/240th Street continuing south to CRD Kelp Road in Sullivan County shall be designated the "PFC LeLand S Deeds Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
