227.913. Police Chief Richard A Hughes Memorial Highway designated for a portion of State Highway 79 in Pike County. — The portion of State Highway 79 from State Highway D continuing north to CRD 118 in Pike County shall be designated as the "Police Chief Richard A Hughes Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
