County commission may alter district boundaries. — The county commission shall have authority, by resolution, to subdivide, enlarge, or change the boundaries of any sewer district authorized in sections 249.430 to 249.660, and more than one main sewer may be laid in one district if deemed necessary by the county commission for sanitary or other purposes.
