§ 27.117 RSMo

27.117. Attorney general may assist in prosecution of certain offenses in chapters 565 and 573. — A prosecuting or circuit attorney may request assistance from the attorney general, or one of his or her assistants, to assist in the prosecution of a violation of section* 565.090, 565.091, 565.225, 565.227, 565.400, 565.405, 573.570, or 573.575, where the offense occurred in more than one jurisdiction of the state. The prosecuting or circuit attorney may request any resource or capability of the attorney general when prosecuting such cases.
